Right next to FCE’s youth club “The Club” there is a catering kitchen. Since February 2008, food has been cooked there every day and delivered to FCE’s different projects. Including the special needs schools, the day centre, the five family homes, Casa Silvia and the half-way house, Brandusa. Approximately 100 portions are cooked every day.
The kitchen provides employment for some of our young people as well and helps them to learn valuable skills for use in their everyday lives.
During the summer, food is also cooked for the camps that are held in Chislaz, approximately 20 km from Marghita.
