Course days at FCE

For a couple of days in January, courses were held for FCE´s employees.

The Executive Committee had development- and management courses.

The kitchen team was initiated in the use of new equipment in the bakery. They had lessons in baking a traditional Swedish pastries, “semlor” and how to make rye bread.

The leaders of the course, who are seniors from Sweden with great expertise and experience in their fields of activity are a great blessing for FCE!
